Joining Jeffrey Seller as a producer for the London bow is Cameron Mackintosh, the theatre titan behind such shows as The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables. The team also includes Sander Jacobs, Jill Furman and the Public Theater, where the musical premiered Off-Broadway in 2015.

Thomas Kail’s staging continues to play Broadway’s Richard Rodgers Theatre, with an additional sit-down production in Chicago and a national tour currently playing Los Angeles. A second U.S. national tour will begin early next year, and an additional production heads to Puerto Rico in 2019, where Miranda will reprise his performance in the title role.

After opening on Broadway in summer 2015, the eclectic musical about the American Founding Father won 11 Tony Awards the following year, including Best Musical, best score and book for Miranda, Best Direction for Kail, best Orchestrations for Alex Lacamoire, and Best Choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler.

The creative team also includes costume designer Paul Tazewell and lighting designer Howell Binkley (both of whom won Tonys for their work), as well as set designer David Korins and sound designer Nevin Steinberg.

Tickets are currently on sale through June 30, 2018.
