Netflix’s upcoming series adaptation of Spike Lee’s She’s Gotta Have It will feature a host of Broadway names. Look out for Tony winner Heather Headley and Hamilton favorite Anthony Ramos in the trailer above.
The comedy, premiering on the streaming service November 23, is created and directed by Lee and offers a contemporary take on Lee’s 1986 film of the same name.
Headley, who last appeared on Broadway in The Color Purple, plays a therapist to Nola Darling (DeWanda Wise), a young woman in Brooklyn juggling three potential lovers (including a childish Mars Blackmon, played here by Ramos).
Ramos is also currently featured in the return of Will & Grace on NBC, playing Tony, Grace’s new assistant.
