In the exclusive video above, the Golden Globe-nominated performer records a promo for her new Off-Broadway play, created by and starring comedian Lisa Lampanelli. However, she can’t quite seem to shake her old moniker until Lampanelli herself steps in.

Stuffed, which heads to the Westside Theatre beginning October 5 following a 2016 run at the Women’s Project Theater, follows a group of women with various concerns and attitudes about their appearance. Blonsky plays Stacey, an overweight young woman who exudes positivity and self-confidence.

From the video above, it’s clear such a display of self-assurance is no act, and Nikki Blonsky knows you love Nikki Blonsky—from the movie Hairspray.
