Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda has revealed the lineup that will join him on his previously reported single, the proceeds of which will benefit Hispanic Federation UNIDOS Disaster Relief Fund.

The Tony and Oscar winner has been dropping tips on Twitter regarding his contribution as news of the extent of damage inflicted in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria came in.

Among those appearing on the track will be Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, On Your Feet! star Ana Villafañe (who played Estefan in the Broadway musical), EGOT winner Rita Moreno, Broadway-bound John Leguizamo, Hamilton alum Anthony Ramos, and Miranda's frequent collaborator Alex Lacamoire. This marks the second benefit single from Miranda featuring Lopez; last year, the two collaborated on "Love Make the World Go Round," the proceeds of which went to those affected by the June 12 mass shooting at Pulse nightclub in Orlando.

Shortly before tweeting the full roster, Miranda curated a Spotify mix featuring artists who participated in the single. The streaming service will donate to the Hispanic Federation on behalf of listeners who follow the playlist.

Miranda will reveal the title of the track October 5 prior to its October 6 release.
