Broadway News January 7 Meteor Shower Matinee Canceled With two of its stars falling victim to the flu, the Sunday matinee of the Steve Martin comedy has been canceled.
Keegan-Michael Key, Jeremy Shamos, Amy Schumer, and Laura Benanti Matthew Murphy

With both Amy Schumer and Laura Benanti unable to perform due to illness, the January 7 matinee of Meteor Shower has been canceled. Both share the same understudy, Kate Reinders.

The Steve Martin comedy will resume performances as scheduled Tuesday, January 9. Ticketholders for the January 7 performance should contact their point of purchase regarding refunds and rescheduling.

Directed by Jerry Zaks, Meteor Shower opened November 29, 2017, starring Schumer, Benanti, Keegan-Michael Key, and Jeremy Shamos. The show is scheduled to play its final performance January 21.
