A new block of tickets has been released for Derek DelGaudio’s mystifying one-person show In & Of Itself, playing Off-Broadway at the Daryl Roth Theatre in Union Square. The acclaimed production, originally scheduled for a ten-week run, has now been extended three times.

Tickets are on sale through May 6, 2018.

The New York premiere of In & Of Itself is produced by Tony winner Neil Patrick Harris, Werner Entertainment, Gary Goddard Entertainment, and Prediction Productions.

In & Of Itself arrived Off-Broadway earlier this spring following a sold-out, five-time extended engagement at Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles. Prior to beginning previews Off-Broadway April 5, the show set the box-office record for the highest advance sales in the history of the Daryl Roth Theatre.

In & Of Itself explores identity and illusion, and is created and performed by magician and performance artist DelGaudio with direction by Emmy winner Frank Oz (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Little Shop of Horrors).

Producers bill the mysterious new show as a modern allegory. “In & Of Itself explores new ways of seeing the unseeable,” read production notes, “as memories from yesterday, inexplicable events witnessed today and secrets imagined for tomorrow are blended together, creating a perpetual paradox of a show.”

Glenn Kaino serves as artistic producer of the production, which also features original music by Devo frontman Mark Mothersbaugh and production design by A.BANDIT.
