1. Register as a Verified Fan
You MUST register as a Ticketmaster Verified Fan for the “event” Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway. Registration opens October 1 at 10AM ET and closes October 5 at 10PM ET.

There are three options for purchase, if you get an access code code after registration:
**Parts One and Two together on the same day or consecutive evenings (recommended)
**Parts One and Two separately for non-consecutive performances
**Part One or Part Two only

2. Receive an Access Code
Once the registration period is complete, Ticketmaster will filter through all of the registrants to weed out scalpers and bots. The system selects registrants at random when distributing Access Codes. Registrants who receive an Access Code will be able to proceed to the ticket-buying page when tickets go on sale October 18. Note: An Access Code does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are still based on availability. Access Codes are valid for one-time use only. If you receive an Access Code and only purchase tickets for one part, you will not be able to make a second transaction to purchase tickets to another part using the same Access Code.

3. Purchasing Tickets
Tickets go on sale October 18. Only those with an Access Code will be able to purchase beginning that date. Preview performances begin March 16, 2018, with an official opening April 22, 2018, at the Lyric Theatre.

Every performance will have 300 seats at the Lyric Theatre priced at $40 and under per part, with 150 of those seats priced at $20 per part. The key to purchasing tickets will be speed. Once you receive your Access Code, do not delay in proceeding to Ticketmaster for purchase as soon as your purchase window begins.

Outside of Ticketmaster Verified Fan, Harry Potter will offer the Friday Forty:
“Beginning in previews, every Friday at 1PM EDT, the production will release 40 tickets for some of the very best seats in the theatre at $40 ($20 per part) for every performance for the following week,” said a representative on behalf of the production. “These tickets are known as ‘The Friday Forty’ and will only be available via the official website. More information regarding ‘The Friday Forty’ will be announced at a later date.”

No details have been released as to whether or not tickets will be sold at the Lyric Theatre box office, where Harry Potter will play.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts One and Two is written by Jack Thorne based on a new original story by J.K. Rowling, Thorne, and John Tiffany. The production is directed by Tiffany with music by Imogen Heap, scenic design by Christine Jones, costume design by Katrina Lindsay, lighting design by Neil Austin, sound design by Gareth Fry, with illusions and magic by Jamie Harrison.
