The show—already a critics’ and awards season darling from its Off-Broadway world premiere—played to 100 percent capacity in the week ending October 29. At $872,688, it grossed 84.16 percent of its potential; expect that number to grow should the Broadway transfer receive similar praise and subsequent word-of-mouth.

Hamilton led the boards, grossing $2,665,092. Also surpassing the $2 million mark were Bruce Springsteen’s Broadway engagement (with just five performances and an average ticket price hovering around $500), Hello, Dolly!, and The Lion King.

Prince of Broadway ended its limited engagement at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre at $217,558, according to the Broadway League—down from its usual gross in the $300 thousands.
