Video Exclusive: Check Out Renée Elise Goldsberry in Disney’s The Lion Guard The Hamilton star plays golden zebra Dhahabu in the animated series, a continuation of The Lion King story.

Season two of Disney Junior’s animated series The Lion Guard, a spinoff of The Lion King, will continue January 9 with “The Golden Zebra,” guest-starring Tony winner Renée Elise Goldsberry. The Hamilton star voices golden zebra leader Dhahabu; get an exclusive look at her song in the video above.

In The Lion Guard, Kion, the son of Simba, leads a group of friends known as the Lion Guard, whose mission is protect the Pride Lands. In episode 14, which will air at 9 AM ET on the Disney Channel, the Lion Guard must befriend Dhahabu in order to gain access to a new watering hole.

Goldsberry’s other television credits include The Get Down, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, and The Good Wife. She is currently working on Eli Roth’s fantasy horror The House with a Clock in its Walls alongside Cate Blanchett, Jack Black, and more.
