The 18th annual Broadway Teachers Workshop returns July 5-21, 2018, with five separate, three-day sessions designed to immerse middle school and high school theatre teachers in the heart of Broadway.

Participants also take in four Broadway shows, including post-show talkbacks and workshops with the casts and creators. This year’s participating shows include Mean Girls, My Fair Lady, and Once on This Island.

Designed to inspire teachers and directors of high school and middle school theatre and arts with new teaching methods, enhanced production skills, and an exchange of ideas with peers and professional Broadway artists, Broadway Teachers Workshop is produced in conjunction with Music Theatre International and offers teachers the opportunity to earn graduate level academic credits.

In addition to the three-day intensives, there are also four one-day events offered that cover tech, choreography, music direction, and directing.
