Actor Aaron Lazar, who has been featured on Broadway in The Last Ship, A Little Night Music, A Tale of Two Cities, Les Misérables, and other productions, will unveil his new nightclub show, Broadway to Hollywood, September 25 at Rockwell Table & Stage in Los Angeles, California.
The 8 PM show, which will have patter written by celebrity scripter Bruce Vilanch, will include Lazar’s interpretations of some familiar songs from shows and films, including “Hey There” (The Pajama Game), “Luck Be a Lady” (Guys and Dolls), “If I Loved You” (Carousel), “My Heart Stood Still” (A Connecticut Yankee), the title song of Singin’ in the Rain, plus tunes from Mamma Mia!, The Phantom of the Opera, A Little Night Music, and Les Misérables.
Soprano Heather Lundstedt O’Neill will appear as Lazar’s special guest. The show is produced by Scott Mauro.
