After closing its doors 2015, the beloved restaurant—a popular hangout for members of the industry—will open anew at its 46th Street address in a two-story, 7,800-square-foot space.

The new Bond 45 was designed by two-time Tony-nominated scenic designer David Korins (Hamilton, War Paint) in collaboration with Shelly Fireman, CEO of the Fireman Hospitality Group, with lighting design by two-time Tony-winning lighting designer Donald Holder (South Pacific, The Lion King). The new location also features Bond Bar Below on the second floor, which seats 160 in three distinct areas. The bar includes two fireplace alcoves with built-in couch seating, a sunken-patio at its center, and “The Villa” private party space.

The return of Bond 45 marks the revival of the signature Vegetable Antipasto Bar, plus Executive Chef Brando De Oliveira's menu of seafood, thin crust pizza, and signature dish of fettucini alfredo served tableside in a cheese wheel. Sommelier and mixologist Gabriele Guidoni comes on as beverage director.

The previous 45th Street location, which opened in 2005, was a mainstay hangout for actors, producers, creators, and theatremakers. “It was a dark day on Broadway when Bond 45 went away. I loved that place so much that I made sure that Anjelica Huston threw her first drink at Michael Cristofer in the Smash pilot there,” said Tony-winning director Michael Mayer in a statement. “Now that it's coming back, I want my favorite booth back again. And I'm already jonesing for their vegetable antipasto, pizzas, and of course the chocolate peanut brittle... So good.”

Bond 45 is now accepting reservations ahead of its September 25 opening. The venue will be open from 11AM until late. Starting October 23, breakfast service will begin at 7AM and offer buffet and a la carte options.
